Louis Celli is an expert business strategist who represents medium and large businesses engaged in federal relationships at the Administration and Congressional levels. He is currently a senior partner and President of Logos BZ, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business serving federal clients and their contractors in the areas of healthcare innovation, technology, and associated services. He serves on two nonprofit Boards of Directors is the Executive Director for Policy Vets, Inc., a national nonprofit that researches policy initiatives and educates the public on issues affecting the military and veteran communities where he hosts a popular weekly podcast with the Ninth Secretary of Veterans Affairs, the Honorable Dr. David Shulkin.
Mr. Celli has worked with, and for, a number of innovative companies as well as serving as Executive Director for The American Legion, the largest Veteran Service Organization in the Nation, managing strategic operations for the Legion’s; National Security, Veterans Affairs, Legislative, Veteran Employment, Education, and Entrepreneurship programs. He was also the principal spokesperson for the Legion’s more than two million members before; Congress, the White House, Department of Veterans Affairs, The Department of Defense, The State Department, The Department of Labor, and the Small Business Administration; while managing a 100 member team and an annual budget of over 12 million dollars.
Mr. Celli testified regularly before congress and has assisted with legislative language on hundreds of bills, as well as several important pieces of legislation that have been signed into law. He has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, NPR, and is frequently quoted in print and online media, and meets regularly with senior White House officials to discuss military, veteran, and national policy issues.
Following his 22 year career in the United States Army, Master Sergeant Celli spent 10 years training veterans to start and grow their own businesses. As CEO of a Boston based nonprofit organization Mr. Celli trained thousands of veterans and helped countless veteran-owned businesses as they worked to navigate the federal procurement process.
Louis is a graduate of Harvard University, a native of Boston Massachusetts, attended the Northeast Regional Police Institute and was a Sergeant in the Middlesex County Reserve Deputy Sheriff’s office before moving to Washington D.C.. Together with his wife Elise they have 6 children and one grandson who continue to prove that the future generation is our greatest achievement.
